Massive Kanshi Ram Rally Boosts BSP’s Confidence in UP

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati announced a historic turnout at the rally commemorating the 19th death anniversary of party founder Kanshi Ram in Lucknow on Friday. This event, which attracted a significant number of youth and women, has reportedly left rival political leaders feeling “sleepless and nervous.” The gathering took place at the Kanshi Ram Memorial on VIP Road.

Following the event, Mayawati shared her observations on social media platform X, describing the turnout as “record-breaking”. She noted that the enthusiasm of attendees, evident in their slogans demanding a BSP government in Uttar Pradesh for a fifth term, showcased the party’s strong following. This display demonstrates the “unwavering determination” of BSP supporters, according to Mayawati.

“It’s expected for opposition leaders to lose their composure after witnessing such an impressive show of support,” she remarked, urging her followers to disregard what she termed as “meaningless remarks and statements” from rival parties. The former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister emphasized that the gathering echoed the commitment of the Bahujan community to fulfill the vision of Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, striving to elevate the oppressed into positions of power through their votes.

Mayawati emphasized the need for vigilance among party workers against the “divisive and deceitful tactics” of opposing political factions, as she called for unwavering dedication to ‘Mission 2027’, the BSP’s strategy for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.

With gratitude, she recognized party functionaries who played a vital role in mobilizing supporters from all 75 districts, bringing together lakhs of individuals for the rally. She extended thanks to those paying homage to Kanshi Ram throughout India, highlighting their participation as a symbol of unity and strength necessary for pushing the BSP’s mission forward.
