Super Motors EV Private Limited, a Jammu & Kashmir-based electric mobility startup, officially launched its electric mobility initiative on September 21, 2026, in Jammu. This marks the company’s entry into the burgeoning electric two-wheeler segment aimed at promoting sustainable transportation and creating opportunities for local youth, entrepreneurs, and technical professionals.

During the launch event, Super Motors EV introduced several exciting programs for customers and potential business partners. The Early Buyer and Partner Participation Programme includes the Founders Club, where the first 500 eligible buyers receive special privileges. These privileges feature an optional vehicle buyback programme after five years, subject to specified ownership criteria, and a dedicated PIN code reservation under the Super Motors First Buyer Quota for early customers.
In addition to SUV sales, Super Motors unveiled SMEVC, a digital community utility token built on the BNB Smart Chain. This initiative aims to enhance customer loyalty and community participation, fostering stronger ties among riders and network partners.
The Partner Participation Programme (PSOP) focuses on empowering local entrepreneurs by providing technical training, commercial partnerships, and regional distribution opportunities. This structured approach aligns with the company’s commitment to building a robust ecosystem for electric mobility within the region.
Sushant Bakshi, Managing Director of Super Motors EV, emphasized the company’s vision during his address. He stated, “Our journey begins in Jammu & Kashmir because we want the growth of Super Motors to mean more than just another vehicle brand. We want to create an ecosystem in which local youth can acquire technical skills, build careers, and participate in the emerging clean mobility sector.”
Madhu Sudan, Director of Super Motors EV, shared insights on community engagement, stating that the company is exploring new modes of participation through its digital initiatives and partnerships. “Through SMEVC and our partner programmes, we are exploring ways to bring riders, service providers, and the Super Motors community closer together,” he added.
The highlight of the event was a public demonstration of the newly launched electric scooter by Amit Rampal, a renowned actor and television personality. The programme wrapped up with Ms. Shweta Bakshi presenting the vote of thanks, emphasizing the importance of community and collaboration in advancing electric mobility.
